As a recent graduate of Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelors’ in Early Childhood Education, I offer solid academic credentials as well as industry experience gained from an internship. I’m in search of entry-level positions with the goal of gaining experience in an applied educative environment.
In middle school, I found an interest in musical theatre. In the eighth grade, I was in an Advanced Performing Arts class where I was the leader of the school musical band. I discovered that through believing and showing endless support one can aid another. Enjoying this atmosphere, I got accepted into the Coronado School of the Arts in the Musical Theatre and Drama department. I worked with new people every day and had the opportunity to build relationships with different persons. Our team became much more united than at the beginning of the year, and our performance quality went up. I feel that the lessons of teamwork that I have learned and my ability to communicate with new people are useful for all areas of my life for both school and a job. In addition, I am a member of the varsity golf team. Practices and matches take a huge amount of time requiring me to optimize my schedule in an effective way. I had success showed the result in maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
I’m seeking out a position that allows me to excel in being an energetic team player and further strive in my career in the field of early childhood education. I ensure that each child receives highly attentive care and guidance to maximize their progress. I’m confident that I’m more than willing to assume ultimate responsibility for the development of children under my care.
