Thank you for agreeing to consider my candidacy for the Electrical Engineer position.
I’m an electrical engineer with a graduate degree in oil and gas engineering. Have experience in industrial maintenance, projects and assembly, 3 ½ years working in the oil sector and facing gas for the petrochemical area. I’m an expert in medium-sized substation, 13.8 kV, maintenance and projects. I have developed and implemented lighting technique projects, designed and programed variable speed drives, soft starters and PLC’s, experience with project design, supply, commissioning and maintenance of electric motors, as well as command function diagrams.
As a Graduate Electrical Engineer from the University of South Florida, I have enriched my knowledge in the areas of Advanced Engineering Applications using Vector Analysis, Control Systems, Embedded Systems, Random Processes, Principles of Solar Energy, Nanostructure and Technology, Mobile and Personal Communication, Wireless and Network Architecture, Broadband networks and Data Network and Security.
Made the undergraduate dissertation on the implications for the protection of electrical systems powered by generators in parallel with the network and the graduate paper on drills focused on drilling wells in the pre-salt layer.
Currently, I’m working with BESS Battery Energy Storage System and grid integration at NEC Energy Solutions. Expertise also includes AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor. Extensive knowledge of electrical engineering design and applications.
My achievements include making design decisions based on specific job requirements and prepare a complete design package like:
Developed over 200 different wire harness’ across more than 20 product lines. These harnesses’ have increased manufacturability, reduced cost, and increased product safety.
Created more than 50 wire diagrams and schematics, which ease manufacturing and increase the serviceability of the products.
Built hundreds of prototype units for proof of concept and for field tests. The units help us realize any flaws in our designs before going into production.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss further details of the position with you personally. I look forward to your response.
